1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," "your") and luckyi ("luckyi," "Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the luckyi online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://luckyi.cam and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law;
• Not be self-excluded from gambling activities through luckyi or any other Philippine gambling operator;
• Not be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

luckyi employs age verification procedures including government-issued identification verification during account registration and prior to first withdrawal processing. Providing false information regarding age, identity, or jurisdiction constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires submission of accurate personal information including full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information to maintain its accuracy.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) luckyi account. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of pending withdrawals. luckyi employs sophisticated detection systems to identify multi-accounting attempts, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and behavioral analysis.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You agree not to share account access with any third party. All activity occurring under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for such activity. You must notify luckyi immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Account Verification and KYC Procedures

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming requirements, luckyi implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. All players must successfully complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

luckyi accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay network), and major credit/debit cards issued by Philippine banking institutions. You warrant that all funds deposited to your luckyi account originate from legitimate sources and that you possess legal right to use the payment methods provided. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected, and associated accounts may be subject to investigation and potential suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Limitations

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through your account dashboard and can only be processed to payment methods verified during account registration and KYC procedures. For security purposes, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible, luckyi may request designation of an alternative verified payment method.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum single withdrawal varies by payment method and player account status. Standard withdrawal processing time is fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for bank transfers. luckyi reserves the right to implement additional security verification for withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 100,000 in a seven-day period, which may extend processing time up to seven (7) business days.

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, gaming activity review, and compliance screening. luckyi reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing withdrawals to verify transaction legitimacy and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests involving accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements will be processed only for amounts exceeding the bonus-affected balance, as detailed in Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions).

4.3 Transaction Fees and Currency

luckyi does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, or banking institution) may impose their own fees for transaction processing. Players are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). luckyi does not offer multi-currency accounts. Transactions initiated in currencies other than PHP will be converted at prevailing exchange rates plus applicable conversion fees charged by payment processors.

5. Wagering Rules and Game Play

All wagers placed through the luckyi Platform are governed by these Terms, individual game rules published within each game interface, and sports betting rules published in our Sportsbook section. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and specific game or sports betting rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or bet type.

Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error or system malfunction as determined solely by luckyi. Disconnection during game play does not void wagers already placed. In the event of disconnection, game results will be determined according to standard game rules, and outcomes will be credited or debited to your account accordingly.

Maximum wager limits apply to all games and bet types. These limits vary by game category, player account status, and promotional participation. Attempts to circumvent wager limits through coordinated betting, multiple accounts, or other means constitute prohibited activity and may result in voiding of wagers, confiscation of winnings, and account termination.

luckyi reserves the right to void wagers, withhold winnings, and close accounts in cases involving collusion, fraud, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of system errors or vulnerabilities, or any other activity deemed to constitute unfair advantage or manipulation of game outcomes.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

luckyi offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotional page at the time of offer. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, expiration dates, and withdrawal limitations.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds and/or deposit amounts must be wagered before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a 100% deposit match bonus with 30x wagering requirements on a PHP 1,000 deposit with PHP 1,000 bonus requires total wagers of PHP 60,000 (30 × PHP 2,000) before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type, with slots typically contributing 100%, table games contributing 10-20%, and certain games excluded entirely.

Players are limited to one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotional terms. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinated betting to minimize risk, or wagering patterns designed to manipulate bonus conditions, results in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, confiscation of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes;

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities;

luckyi reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities without prior notice. Account termination may result in forfeiture of account balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent exclusion from all luckyi Services. In cases involving suspected criminal activity, luckyi may report relevant information to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, audio, video, text, and other materials available on the luckyi Platform are owned by or licensed to luckyi and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent protections.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit downloading (except for page caching), modification, reproduction, distribution, transmission, public display, public performance, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works based on Platform content without express written permission from luckyi.

Unauthorized use of luckyi intellectual property, including but not limited to copying game software, reproducing logos or branding, scraping content, or operating mirror sites, constitutes infringement and may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, LUCKYI AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

luckyi makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of Platform content, game outcomes, or odds calculations. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

luckyi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Technical issues, server maintenance, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events may result in temporary service disruptions. luckyi shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such disruptions, provided that the Company takes reasonable steps to minimize service interruptions and restore functionality promptly.

Maximum liability of luckyi to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player to their luckyi account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall first be submitted to luckyi Customer Support for informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, or if no agreement can be reached, appointed by the arbitration administrator. The language of arbitration shall be English.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each dispute must be brought in your individual capacity only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, luckyi may seek injunctive or equitable relief in Philippine courts to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized account access.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the luckyi Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, including data collection for account management, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, marketing communications, and fraud prevention.

luckyi implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and luckyi cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted through the Platform.

13. Amendments to Terms

luckyi reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to players via email notification sent to the registered email address on file or through prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure. Account closure does not affect outstanding obligations under the Terms in effect at the time such obligations arose.
